  1. What is Nerd Legion?

    • Nerd Legion offers precision 3D printing services primarily for tabletop games but I often make prints for many other things. I do make designs for apparel as well.

  2. Do you offer custom 3D printing services?

    • Yes, we provide print-for-hire services. While we don't create custom files, we have a vast library of thousands of files, especially for tabletop games. We can print any files you have or those found in our collection​​. It is possible to create some files from scratch so feel free to ask!

  3. What are your pricing considerations for custom orders?

    • Pricing for each project is calculated based on various factors, including FDM and resin print costs, design, painting, packaging, filament, resin, hourly labor, print time, software, shipping, printer space, supplies, STL file cost (if applicable), maintenance, sanding/primer, slicing time, post-processing, support setup, and more​​.

  4. Where can I find STL files for 3D printing?

    • STL files can be found on websites like Thingiverse, Cults3D, My Mini Factory, CG Trader, Yeggi, and Thangs. Additionally, we have a large archive of STLs, especially for tabletop games, so feel free to ask if we have something specific​​.

  5. What other products do you offer besides 3D prints?

    • Apart from 3D prints, we also make custom designs, T-shirts, hoodies, stickers, tank tops, mugs, and much more​​.

  6. How can I get a quote for a custom order?

    • You can request a quote by providing your full name, selecting a service, giving more details about your project, and providing your email address. We also offer consultations over Discord for discussing files and requirements​​.

  7. What is your refund policy?

    • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or replacement. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Digital items and 3D prints are non-refundable, but reprints can be requested for 3D prints. Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable​​.

  8. Do you have terms and conditions for your services?

    • Yes, we have specific terms and conditions for our services, which can be found on our website under the Terms & Conditions section​​.

  9. What types of 3D printing technologies do you use?

    • Provide information about the 3D printing technologies (such as FDM, SLA, SLS) you use, highlighting any specialties or unique capabilities. I print with multiple large scale resin prints and a single Bambu Labs printer for fdm.

  10. Can I order a 3D print in different materials or colors?

    • Yes, you can request different colors and materials however some may be subject to price increase.

  11. How long does it take to complete a custom 3D print order?

    • Depending on my workload, the complexity and size of the order it generally takes between 1 to 3 weeks but can be longer for larger projects.

  12. Is there a minimum order size or cost for 3D printing services?

    • My minimum for taking on a project is 10$ as it has to be worth the time and effort for me to do, I do however have products for less on my store and would be willing to compensate by making multiples of an item.

  13. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

    • Yes! I run sales extremely frequently!

  14. What is your policy on intellectual property and custom designs?

    • I currently have licenses to sell certain prints and models but I currently am not selling ones of IP's I have of my own but I do plan to do this in the future.

  15. Can I request changes or modifications to a design before printing?

    • Yes I can do modifications such as scaling and kitbashing (in most cases).

  16. Do you ship internationally?

    • Although I normally do not ship internationally I would be willing to do so if requested​.

  17. What happens if my 3D print is damaged during shipping?

    • This has become a problem recently so from now on with larger orders I will be taking pictures and filing insurance claims when an Item arrives broken and then replacing them. If they are not heavy damaged try to repair them if you can. If the item is small I will simply replace it. I'm still looking for ways to mitigate this issue.

  19. Can I visit your workshop or storefront?

    • Although my address is listed on google please do not show up at the listed address. Ive been working to try and get it removed. 

  20. Do you collaborate with artists or designers for custom projects?

    • I definately would like to do collaborations! If you want to discuss doing so please reach out and lets grow the legion!
